OceanofTools currently provides most standard website tools free of charge. When no payment has been collected from a visitor, there is no purchase price to refund.
2. Advertising is not a purchase from OceanofTools
The website may display third-party advertising. Clicking an advertisement or purchasing from an advertiser does not normally create a transaction with OceanofTools. Questions about an advertised product, payment, cancellation, return or refund should be directed to the advertiser or seller involved in that transaction.
3. Future paid services
If OceanofTools introduces a paid feature, subscription, download or service, the price, billing period, deliverables and any specific refund or cancellation terms will be displayed before payment. Those transaction-specific terms will apply in addition to this page.
4. Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe OceanofTools directly charged you more than once or charged an incorrect amount for a clearly identified paid service, contact us promptly with the transaction date, amount and a non-sensitive payment reference. Do not email a complete payment-card number or banking password.
5. Non-refundable circumstances
Where a paid digital service has been fully delivered or substantially used, a refund may not be available except where required by law or stated in the specific offer. Abuse, fraudulent use, violation of the Terms of Service or a change of mind after full delivery may also affect eligibility.
