1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using OceanofTools, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase supporter access.
2. Free standard tools
OceanofTools provides a collection of standard online utilities that remain available free to regular users. Free availability does not guarantee that every feature will always be unlimited, uninterrupted or available on every device.
3. Permitted use
You may use the website for lawful personal, educational or business purposes. You are responsible for the content you enter, upload or submit and for making sure that you have the necessary rights and permissions.
4. Prohibited use
You must not use OceanofTools to break applicable law, violate another person’s rights, distribute malware, attempt unauthorised access, abuse automated requests, interfere with the service, process stolen or unauthorised content, or bypass access controls for supporter-only features.
5. Optional accounts, ratings and history
Some features use an optional account, including private tool history, ratings and supporter benefits. You are responsible for maintaining access to the sign-in account you use. We may remove abusive ratings, suspend misuse or delete data where reasonably necessary to protect the service.
6. Business Supporter program
Businesses, teams and other users may optionally support OceanofTools through a one-time or recurring payment. Supporter benefits may include offline-compatible tool access, an ad-free signed-in experience, selected beta tools and extended access on supported tools. The support amount determines the benefit period shown before payment. Current ranges are displayed on the Business Support page.
Support payments are not charitable donations. They are optional payments connected to the supporter benefits described at checkout. Standard online tools remain available separately for free users.
7. Recurring support and cancellation
If you choose recurring support, the amount and billing interval are shown before authorization. Recurring payments continue according to that disclosed billing cycle until cancelled, the authorization ends or the payment provider stops collection. You can request cancellation of future renewals from the supporter management page when the feature is available. Cancellation does not normally erase supporter time already earned from completed payments.
8. Offline tools and device authorization
Offline-compatible tools are a supporter benefit, not a promise that every OceanofTools feature works without internet. Some tools need live websites, APIs, IP/domain data or other network resources and remain online-only or partially online. The offline package may cache eligible rendered pages and browser-side libraries on a supported device.
Offline use requires a signed authorization that normally lasts for up to 30 days at a time and may be shorter when supporter access expires sooner. The app can require an internet connection to refresh authorization, validate current supporter status, receive updates or respond to cancellation, refund, expiry or security events. Attempts to alter device time, tokens, cached code or other access controls may cause offline access to require online verification.
9. Beta and extended-access features
Beta tools and experimental features may change, contain errors, be removed or return different results from stable tools. “Extended access” means higher or additional access where a tool has a practical limit; it does not guarantee unlimited use of every tool.
10. Tool results and limitations
Tools are provided for general utility and informational purposes. Results may depend on browser support, file quality, third-party data, algorithms and information supplied by the user. A result may be incomplete, estimated, delayed or inaccurate. You should verify important output before relying on it.
11. Availability
We may update, suspend, limit, replace or remove a tool, supporter feature or beta feature. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, compatibility with every device or support for every file type. Where a paid supporter benefit is materially affected, the Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.
12. Intellectual property
The OceanofTools name, website design, original code, editorial text and other original site materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your files and content remain yours; using a tool does not transfer ownership of your content to OceanofTools.
13. User responsibility
You are responsible for keeping backups of important files, reviewing output before use, complying with applicable laws and using appropriate professional advice where a task has legal, medical, financial, safety or other high-stakes consequences.
14. Advertising and external services
Regular visitors may see third-party advertising. Active signed-in supporters may receive an ad-free OceanofTools experience, although external content or services opened from OceanofTools can have their own advertising and terms. Payment, sign-in, analytics and some live-data features may be provided by third parties under their own policies.
15. Payments, refunds and disputes
Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider. Refund and cancellation requests are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, the checkout terms shown for the transaction and applicable law. If you believe a charge is duplicated or incorrect, contact us with a non-sensitive transaction reference.
16. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent allowed by law, the website and tools are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without guarantees that every tool will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular purpose.
17. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, OceanofTools is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the website, tool output, unavailable services, loss of local cached data or reliance on third-party information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the website, supporter program, payment methods or legal requirements change. The effective date on this page identifies the current version.
